We were always there when they need us.
We wait for them to call when they’re not around.
We laugh at the silliest jokes and smile at the littlest compliments.
We try to make them laugh when they’re sad.
We take care of everything they need.
We let them kiss without asking.
We let them stay without knowing till when they are gonna stay.
We hug them back so tightly as if we can keep them.
We stumble.
We fall.
